Description: Wilco returned to the City of Kenora in the summer of 2009 to complete the hard and soft landscaping for the Big Spruce Revitalization Project. This included placement of sod, trees, shrubs and large granite blocks within the traffic circle and along the streets of the downtown core, as well as site furnishings such as benches created of granite blocks and red pine. This was all completed at a cost of $570,000.
